RedTouch Pro precisely targets problem areas, leaving surrounding tissues unaffected. This non-invasive procedure is proven to be safe, with minimal risk of side effects, as confirmed by numerous clinical studies.
It depends on the initial condition of your skin and the desired result. For noticeable rejuvenation, 3-4 sessions may be required, while 1-2 sessions may be sufficient to reduce pigmentation.
The length of the session depends on the area being treated. Treatments can be combined. For example, a face treatment takes about 60 minutes, while a face and neck requires 1 hour 15 minutes. If you decide to add up a décolleté zone to the face and neck, the treatment takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. For optimal results, we recommend a course of 3-4 sessions, 30 days apart. As the collagen stimulation continues after each session, we recommend a follow-up consultation 3 months after your last treatment. This will allow us to assess the long-term results and create a personalised plan for your continued care.
Laser rejuvenation or therapy using the RedTouch Pro is not recommended in the following cases:
- During pregnancy and lactation.
- If there are unhealed skin lesions or during flare-ups of chronic dermatoses.
- During illness or while taking tetracycline antibiotics or any medication that increases sensitivity to sunlight (e.g. Roaccutane, Doxycycline, Azithromycin, Erythromycin, Neotigason or Acitretin).
- For those who frequently sunbathe or spend significant time in the sun (it is advisable to postpone the procedure to a less sunny season or wait 2 weeks after intense sun exposure).
- Individuals with epilepsy.
- Individuals with a personal or family history of cancer and remission.
Yes, any day of the cycle is suitable for the procedure.
Most people find the procedure painless, although sensitivity may vary. Thanks to the built-in cooling system, discomfort is minimal. There might be slight redness on the skin afterwards, but it typically disappears within 24 hours.
- Avoid harsh peelings and alcohol-based cosmetics for one week before the treatment.
- Limit sun exposure for 3-5 days before the treatment.
- Avoid hot showers, baths or swimming for the first 3-4 days to protect the treated areas.
- Stay out of the sun (including sunbeds) and use a sunscreen with at least SPF 50 if sun exposure is unavoidable
- Apply a moisturiser or Bepanthen if your skin becomes dry or flaky.
