The technology uses a body-safe range of microwaves that target problem areas without damaging the skin. Onda Pro is clinically proven to be safe and effective.
As the process initiated by Onda Pro continues after the treatment, the results can be seen within a month. With a healthy diet and moderate exercise you can achieve even more pronounced improvements.
It depends on your chosen area. For example, the abdomen will take about 30 minutes and the legs about 1.5 hours. We recommend choosing a series of treatments with an interval of 30 days between sessions. The average course consists of 4-5 treatments and can be repeated 2 times a year.

For your comfort, we recommend that you wait a few days and come in after your period.
It depends on the sensitivity of your skin and zone. Thanks to the built-in cooling system of the devices and the overall relaxing environment of the clinic, most clients find it comfortable. There is no intense pain during or after the treatment.
- Avoid applying moisturisers or softening creams to the areas to be treated for 2 days before the procedure.
- Increase your water intake to 2-3 litres per day for 1 day before and 2-3 days after the procedure to improve detoxification and reduce stress on your internal organs.
- Avoid fatty foods the day before the procedure.
- Take a shower or bath on the day of the procedure.
- Ensure that your skin is free of make-up, lotions, creams or body oils during treatment and remove any jewellery or piercings near the treated area.
After the procedure, we recommend:
- Having a lymphatic drainage massage.
- Returning for a second treatment of the desired area after 15 days at the earliest.
- Avoiding direct sunlight for 2 days.
- Applying a cold compress if you experience increased skin sensitivity.
- Gently massaging the treated area twice a day (5-10 minutes) until the next session or for 3 months if only one session is needed.
- Avoid washing the treated area with hot water if it becomes red after the session until the redness subsides.
- Following a healthy diet and include moderate exercise in your daily routine.
You can return to your normal activities, including sports, straight after the procedure.
