What is Heleo Pro LED
Heleo Pro LED is a professional LED light-therapy system. Light of selected spectra is absorbed by the skin's own cells and changes their activity without heating or damaging the skin: depending on the programme it calms inflammation, reduces redness, supports repair or stimulates renewal. The specialist selects the programme after looking at the skin; the eyes are protected with goggles and the session itself is painless and requires no recovery.
The device works in two formats. A LED session on its own — photobiomodulation — is a quick add-on to cleansing, peels, AquaClean or microneedling that helps the skin settle faster. The full Heleo4 protocol is a photodynamic procedure: the skin is prepared, an active complex is applied and then activated with light — a stand-alone treatment for skin prone to breakouts and oiliness, redness and sensitivity, post-inflammatory marks, dull tone and the first signs of ageing. Light therapy complements care; it does not replace the treatment of acne or rosacea prescribed by a doctor when it is needed.
Sessions can be single, added to another procedure or built into a course; the frequency and programme are set individually. Tell the specialist about pregnancy or breastfeeding, epilepsy, porphyria, photosensitivity or light-sensitising medication, lupus, oncological or acute inflammatory disease — in these cases the session is postponed or not performed; with the active complex, allergies to its components are also checked.
